Jeff and Cindy - Est. December 3, 1981: RETIREMENT AND LAST CHEMO- BOTH TO CELEBRATE!

Jeff's Mr Positive and an inspiration to me and others around him. Our neighbor calls him McGyver because how handy and creative he is. He is great at taking care of about anything. We also have a business that he is very dedicated to as he strives to make a difference for his family and others. He's a great water skier and has begun to try surfing. Jeff's love for water skiing has been a wonderful family activity and has created great memories that we will treasure. We think he is pretty coooooool :o)

We have had some requests to set up a blog so family and friends could know updates related to my recent diagnosis. Hopefully this will be of some value and help. I have so appreciated all the support and prayers from everyone and you have no idea how much it means and has helped me and my family. Thank you so very much!

(Thanks also to Candice, our daughter, for helping me set this blog up and much more, and to my dear husband, Jeff, whom I know Heavenly Father blessed me with - he is my anchor and my soul mate :o)

RETIREMENT AND LAST CHEMO- BOTH TO CELEBRATE!

Jeff RETIRED from his job today and we are so EXCITED to have more time together and with family/friends. We have dreamed of this day and here it is. We are grateful to be able to do this especially with these hard economic times. We have been blessed with a business to make this possible and now will enjoy helping others have the same opportunity. It was also my 4th and LAST :o) Chemo today! Truly a day to celebrate!!!! We are expecting great things, this last round will probably be my best - right!!!! (I'm sure it will be because I will have Jeff full time) I meet with the oncologist for radiation in a couple of weeks, a follow up visit with Dr Law and then let the radiation begin. After that................... A NEW GRANDDAUGHTER. I don't think life gets better than that. :o) Enjoy some pictures of our special day - a day to celebrate life.....together!

Congrats to Jeff. I know he (and you) have been waiting for this for along time. Bring on the fun! I hope all goes well with you for the next few days. Hopefully, the third time is the charm. Good Luck! We will be praying things are better this time around.

Congratulations Jeff and Cindy!! What an accomplishnment. And Cindy that grandbaby is getting closer and closer! That is also so exciting! More good things coming!!
