Jeff's Mr Positive and an inspiration to me and others around him. Our neighbor calls him McGyver because how handy and creative he is. He is great at taking care of about anything. We also have a business that he is very dedicated to as he strives to make a difference for his family and others. He's a great water skier and has begun to try surfing. Jeff's love for water skiing has been a wonderful family activity and has created great memories that we will treasure. We think he is pretty coooooool :o)

We have had some requests to set up a blog so family and friends could know updates related to my recent diagnosis. Hopefully this will be of some value and help. I have so appreciated all the support and prayers from everyone and you have no idea how much it means and has helped me and my family. Thank you so very much!

(Thanks also to Candice, our daughter, for helping me set this blog up and much more, and to my dear husband, Jeff, whom I know Heavenly Father blessed me with - he is my anchor and my soul mate :o)

Newest Arrival Due to Come Sept. 21st!!!!!!!!

So the good news keeps coming in! We're going to be grandparents :o) :o) :o) (three smiles means VERY happy). Candice and Nathan handed us a picture of their ultrasound of the new baby Saturday after my surgery. She was having the ultrasound the morning I was at the hospital having my bracketing done and getting ready for surgery. Interesting isn't it how Heavenly Father cares about us. When we are going through something tough, there we are being blessed with a beautiful grandbaby. There's the rainbow and His love for us. It is comforting!

What incredible news! We are beyond excited for you. Especially since Candice and Nathan live so close. Grandchildren just make the world wonderful! And we are also grateful that your surgury has been successful. We have been praying every day as a family for you and it looks like the Lord is hearing everyone's prayers. Congratulations!!!!!! :)
